March 15, 2024 Canada Greener Homes Loan: Open for Applications The Greener Homes Loan is still available and not to be mistaken for the Greener Homes Grant which is now closed to new applications.

January 15, 2024 ASK AN EXPERT: Is the Canada Greener Homes Grant ending soon? UPDATE: We were recently informed that the Canada's Greener Homes grant program will no longer be accepting new applicants and the deadline to book a first energy audit to be eligible for the HER+ program (Greener Homes Grant with Enbridge Gas) will end Friday, January 19, 2024. Announced in 2020 and launched in 2021, the Greener Homes Grant reimburses up to $5000 for qualifying retrofits. The grant is conditional on performing an EnerGuide home assessment, and also covers an extra of up to $600 for it.
