Wow - Nordik went way beyond my expectations and I consider myself quite demanding. I was skeptic because I'd recently had some home repairs done and was not pleased, however, Nordik was amazing - the quality of the products was superb but I must say what made Nordik a provider I will come back to was the service - unbelievable - we've done many, many renovations over the years and I can assure you, you've never seen workers as dedicated, responsive, precise, clean and courteous as the two installers we got. There are definitely cheaper people out there but I promise you it's not worth it.

From our sales rep coming to the house to quote to our installers, I found the whole process done well, professionally and everything they promised was delivered. Nordik went out of their way to make us happy with our decision. We had three companies quote us and we felt this was the best product, the best price and the best company to go with. We really liked the 25 year transferable warranty as well. The windows are awesome and our installers were the best! We have recommended them to friends.

Had approx 20 windows replacement in attic and main floor of older home. Customer service was great throughout. Installation just finished. Windows look great. Installers were courteous and professional.

We wanted to change our bedroom windows. We were novices in this since we purchased the house recently. Contacted multiple suppliers. Fixed an appointment with Nordik. Chris came to our house and explained about what one should look for in windows and showed us various models. He was very patient with us and took us through the procedures. Never pressurized, no hard sales. Installtion went very smoothly. Thank goodness it did, because the next week, the lockdown started. All in all, a satisfactory job.
